A Weekly Cleaning System that Works!

A Weekly Cleaning Schedule is the backbone of staying on top of clutter. It frees up time since regular routines create order. The goal is to stay ahead of the dust and clutter without much effort.
Here’s what you want to do in Weekly Cleaning so your house stays clean:
l. Empty Wastebaskets. Believe it or not, this is a sign of all clean homes and offices. Get your money’s worth from your weekly garbage pickup by tossing out everything you can.
2. Change Bed Linens. Instead of tackling the Herculean task of changing all the beds on the same day, try changing no more than two beds per day. Set up a schedule for changing bed linens on a weekly or every-other-week schedule.
3. Vacuum Regularly. Vacuuming is one of the quickest ways to give the illusion of a clean home. It also minimizes dust and adds longevity to an expensive part of your home—your carpet and floors.
4. Clean Kitchen and Bathroom Floors. When kitchen and bathroom floors are clean, people will presume you have a clean home. And all you did was keep the crumbs and dirt picked up.
5. Eliminate One “Clutter Pile.” Piles are telltale signs of disorder. How many do you see around your house right now? Conquer one pile per week and soon you’ll regain control.
6. Complete One Project from your “Priority Project List.” Create this priority project list while vacuuming and scrutinizing your home. List no more than ten items, though. Once you have a few crossed off, you can add others.
7. Handle Errands. Whenever possible, do a few errands on your way home from being out. A convenient, quick stop on the way home takes less time than getting up the momentum to go out and tackle a bunch of errands later.
Example Weekly Cleaning System
Monday- Empty wastebaskets
Tuesday -Vacuum traffic areas
Wednesday-Eliminate one “Clutter Pile”
Thursday -Do Errands, i.e.banking & gas
Friday-Clean the kitchen & bathroom floors
Saturday-Change beds & do laundry
Sunday – Free Day
The Benefits of Organizing Your Cleaning
A simple cleaning system gives you:
• a nice-looking home
• more free time
• less stress
It is definitely worth the time to create a system that works for you. Use our 3 x 5 Weekly Chart to create your own routines.

Off of my Chest!

OFF MY CHEST!!

OK so I know I have been away for a little while but I am back. This is going to be my first random rant. I have a few things on my chest that I need to get off ! So here goes.....

1.) Why is it that some people believe God when it is convenient for them?

OK so you choose what you want to believe when you want to believe. That is not cool. At the end of the day be who you are no matter what, but don't offer God just any ole mess and expect him to bless it. If it is your nasty attitude, if your shacked up or you don't want to tithe or whatever your vice is. Be truthful with yourself and God. You are not invisible he can see you and he is not pleased. There is no one sin that out weighs another. Now I am not saying I am perfect by any means of the word but I am truthful with God. When you admit that you are a mess and need work and work to  have a relationship with the father and you strive to do better he honors that.

With that being said do not pray only when you want something or when that is convenient to you. What if God only heard your prayer when he felt like it or it was convenient to him... you would be in a world of trouble. Don't walk around with your potty mouth... eff this and mutha eff that and that stank witch this and that and then turn around with your hand out. Sure God is a sovereign God that reigns on the just and unjust and is faithful to supply your needs but try blessing his name every now and again. Try praying for those who spitefully use you... it builds character and develops your spirit.

2.) Girlfriend, Quit being so dag on thirsty for a man.

I believe the bible says be anxious for nothing...sheesh! I have observed so many horrible situations and seen women date and fall for anything. There should not be room for everyone in your heart and in your home just because they pay you a little attention. Trust God! There is nothing wrong with desiring companionship however it is what you do to get it that may be hurting and not helping. Love yourself and invest in yourself. You do not have to accept just anything a man will offer you just to have a one. Most men can smell a needy woman from a mile away and will take advantage. Recognize your worth and govern yourself accordingly. What you put out into the atmosphere is what you will get in return.

3.) Black Men it is OK to Love Jesus

OK so why does it seem like some brothers get some education and then the feel they are too smart to believe in God? Some believe that you are even brain washed if you are a believer, like someone spoon fed you this religion and you ate it and asked no questions. Like you are a puppet of the white man if you are a Christian. They call Christians hypocrites and are seeking every moment to disprove what we believe in. However they always jump to say something negative about us and what we believe when for the most part most Christians I know are not bible thumping and running around telling everyone they are going hell. however there are good people offering to pray, support, and are even more accepting of other beliefs, more so than the ones calling us hypocrites.... hmmm just saying. It is OK to be smart and believe in God. It takes a strong man to believe and submit to the will of God... I wont judge you in fact I think it is pretty awesome :)

4.) Don't hate appreciate!

It is an  old saying and ever so true. Don't hate, appreciate.  My momma raised me that if you don't have anything nice to say don't say nothing at all. Being a Hater ain't helping. Provide a solution and stop being a problem. Yes it is true someone can disagree with you and not be a hater. It does really take way more muscles to frown than it does to smile.  Smile at someone, say something encouraging or just don't say nothing at all. There is enough mess in the world without you contributing. Be the change you want to see. Live life like it is golden....

Thanks for letting me get that off my chest!
